TITAH Charles PINDEH is a PhD student in Applied Botany (Plant pathology) in the Department of Plant Sciences, Faculty of Science of the University of Bamenda (UBa) Cameroon. He obtained an M.Sc in Applied Botany (Plant Pathologyy) from the University of Bamenda in 2019 and enrolled immediately into PhD program in the same university. His research is focused on the health of vegetable seeds. Charles is a member of Natural Science Teachers Association (NASTA) North West Region Cameroon in which he has been awarded 5 certificates of active participation in the different annual workshops organised by NASTA.

He has also participated in events such as Field and laboratory identification of pests and disease of fruits and vegetables in the North West Region of Cameroon from December 2022 to 16 June 2023 in Bamenda sponsored by the British Society for Plant Pathology and UNESCO MGIEP The Digital Teacher (English) Cohot 9. Charles attended an international conference organized by the Cameroon Academy of Young Scientists (CAYS) in 2021 and in 2023, he attended another conference organised by this same (CAYS) under the theme ‘Interdisciplinary, Digitalization and technological Advancement for Sustainable Development’.

He is currently working on a PhD topic ‘Molecular Identification, Pathogenicity, Physiology and Contro of Seed Borne Fungi on Some Commonly Cultivated Vegetable seeds in the North West Region, Cameroon. Charles is supervised by Prof Tonjock Rosemary Kinge and Prof Nouck Aphonse Erve.
