Abstract Preparation Guideline

Submission of abstract is by invitation only

• Title Format: Title in all UPPERCASE letters and no more than 25 words.
• Abstract Content: Abstracts should be no more than 400 words, written as a block single paragraph, 1.5 line spacing, justified text using 12pt Times New Roman font and should comprise a brief background, the problem statement, aim(s) of the study and concise description of the methods. A summary of the key findings and conclusions of the work should be provided. Abbreviations should be avoided in the abstract but if not, should be defined at first use. Four to 6 keywords should be provided for referencing.
• Author Information: Names of all authors (surname first followed by first name and other name) are to be listed between the title and the abstract. Use 12pt Times New Roman font.
• Presenting Author: The name of presenting author should be highlighted with an asterisk.
• Presenting Author's Email: The email address of the presenting author should be provided. Use 12pt Times New Roman font
• Affiliation: Affiliation of all authors should be provided. Use 12pt Times New Roman font
• File Format: Abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word Format (DOC or DOCX)
